Quality Program

Trialco began their Quality program well before ISO 9000 was available. We adapted our Quality System to Ford’s Q1 standards, making the latter transition to ISO 9001:2000 smoother. Assisting Trialco with the goal of registration was a program from the Non-Ferrous Foundry Society and its NQS–9000 Quality Program. That program laid the groundwork for casting foundries to develop their quality programs into full-fledged ISO9001:2008 programs.

Trialco began using the NQS-9000 program in 1997. Following evaluation audits, Trialco successfully passed our first registration audit in April 1999. We have passed all successive audits and are currently ISO 9001:2015 certified.
